Something powerful happened on Saturday!
We launched the CoachBM Career Building Workshops — and the energy in the room was incredible. 🚀

Young people from different professions gathered for one purpose: to learn how to win in their careers.

We had deep and practical conversations around CV Writing ✍️ and Job Interviews — two areas where many talented graduates struggle, not because they lack ability, but because no one has ever properly prepared them for the professional world.

But, the moment that stood out the most for me was interacting with the Gen Z students in the room.

Let me say something that many people may not realize: Gen Z is not the problem. The real problem is that our workplace systems have not evolved enough to accommodate their uniqueness.

This generation is:
• Bold
• Curious
• Tech-savvy
• Purpose-driven
• Eager to learn

And when you engage them the right way, their hunger for growth is remarkable.

Saturday reminded me why these workshops matter. We are not just teaching job seekers how to write CVs or answer interview questions.

We are building a new generation of professionals who are career-aware, workplace-ready, and globally competitive. And the transformation that happens in just one workshop is incredible.
