FUN WAS HAD.
What an energy filled training workshop we had today with executives from CBZ Holdings when we took them through a โ€œMotivation and Team Buildingโ€ session.
We reflected on ourselves as individuals before we become a team. The simple but effective class activities gave us an opportunity to laugh ๐Ÿ˜‚ at ourselves.
Then as teams we had a fun filled team activity where the various groups were challenged to create a new country.
Some newly created national anthems left us in stitches laughing.
All that in the spirit of building an effective and inspired TEAM CBZ.

Today we had an opportunity do deliver Day 1 of a two day Customer Service Excellence training workshop for Medicine Control Authority of Zimbabwe officers where we interrogated how a regulatory authority can deliver memorable customer experience.
Does a regulatory authority only focus on heavy handed enforcement for compliance or there are other ways to motivate their clients to operate within the confines of the law without any friction between stakeholders?
The two day workshop is delivered in collaboration with Chartered Institute of Customer Management - CICM

This fun filled group exercise brought out the fact that as an organisation you need to understand that your customers are different, as such they want to be recognised as different/unique individuals.
So to have an edge over your competitors, personalise your customer service and give them a memorable personalised experience.
