Zimbabwe recognises three major Chimurenga periods in its history. In the 2020s, perhaps the Fourth Chimurenga should be about building competitive African businesses that can scale, create jobs, solve problems, and compete on the global stage.

Pakaita shade from bird droppings, dusty and tree shade because the cells are connected in series to produce the 550W output. So, kana one part of the panel is shaded more than the other, that section produces less current. The other cells will still try to push current through the restricted section, which can force the shaded cells into reverse bias and cause them to heat up, creating a hot spot and potentially damaging the cell.

TENGA SOLAR INSPIRATION OF THE DAY

Someone once asked me, ā€œWhat does empowerment really look like?ā€

For me, this picture is the answer.

Neither of these young men is above 30, yet both have already started their own families and are taking responsibility for their children. That, to me, is what empowerment looks like ,giving someone the opportunity, knowledge, confidence and responsibility to build their own life.

My journey was different. I got married and had my first child in my 30s. If it wasnā€™t for Godā€™s grace, I might have reached my 40s still searching for my direction.

But when grace found me, I made a decision: whatever I received should not end with me. It had to be channelled into others.

I know what it feels like to go through your 20s battling depression, self-hate, low self-esteem and feeling useless.

That is why empowerment means more to me than simply giving someone a job.

It is about helping someone discover their value, develop confidence, take responsibility and realise that they too can build something of their own.

If we have been given a chance, let us create chances for others.

That is the kind of impact I want Tenga Solar to leave behind.
