Today we managed to transplant 1ha of well hardened seedlings of Kito f1 in Nyagore-Chibhero.Fellow farmers make sure when you are collecting your seedlings they are well hardened,free from damping off .On transplanting make sure you irrigate first ,after transplanting or before apply chlorophrifos for cut worms ,Oxamly for nematodes .Take note that the whole of August up to September you can plant your watermelons and fetch good prices .Take your time planning,doing good land preparation no need to rush .Team Nyagore thank you for trusting Murimisi wevanhu . am coming something
