General Requirements for Application for Liquor Licence
The following requirements must be met by an applicant for a liquor licence:
Notice of intention to submit an application for liquor licence published in the Government Gazette and in a Local newspaper circulating in the area in which the applicant intends to operate the licence.
Application fee.
Proof of Publication in the Government Gazette and in the local newspaper.
Copies of approved plans by the Environmental Health Officer.
Police report on Applicant.
