HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
This is an opportunity to join a growing group of companies, with interests in hospitality, commercial catering, farming and mining. This position will be based at Head Office in Harare and supporting business units in different parts of Zimbabwe.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Champions and administers the HR Policy & Procedures; and assists in the planning of all HR activities within the organisation.
Facilitates recruitment and on boarding of talent to support operational requirements.
Administration of HR records, payroll and leave management systems.
Continuous review of training needs and roll-out of the training matrix and training calendar.
Supporting business units on effective administration of the grievance & disciplinary process.
Championing team motivation, wellness and engagement activities.
Job skills and Competencies
A mature self-starter with ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work both independently and with minimum or no supervision.
A team player who is innovative and analytical.
Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Good report writing & ICT skills.
Unquestionable integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Degree in Human Resources Management or related Social Sciences.
Professional Qualification in Human Resources management an added advantage.
At least three (3) years’ experience in the private sector.
Exposure to the hospitality & commercial catering industry is a distinct advantage.
