Is starting a small business in Africa the same as starting a business in America, Europe, China or Japan? What limitations or positives does one have being in Africa or out of Africa?

In Africa a lot of reasons are available for not starting a business! Are these reasons real or a perception! If they are real, do we have ways of working past them!

What does it take to START! I would want to take away any threatening jargon today like the word enterprise which becomes enterprenuership hameno kuti ndiyo here spelling yacho. The very first ingredient to START is taking away any fear or the similar flip side of having COURAGE! If you have FEAR you are not going to START on anything nomatter how brilliant an idea will be! Have the muscle in whatever form to begin. kune vamwe vakazoti "it begins with you". True it begins with you!
