Our services at Maxim Consulting Services provide you the assurance you need to be in firm charge of your projects in your organisation. We understand that the beginning point is training. We have been providing certification and other training since 2012 in Zimbabwe and South Africa. We continue to work towards being an accredited training organisation with select project management bodies of knowledge (BoKs) and methodologies of choice. Project Management Consultancy and Advisory is an important aspect for us as a service. We undertake outsourced project management consultancy in information communications technologies (ICTs), civil, mechanical and electrical engineering fields, building construction, mining, manufacturing, farming and banking & finance. To achieve outsourced-placements, we depend on a database of independent project management consultants who have several years of the requisite expertise in the fields listed above. To that extent, we play a part in placing project management talent within our client companies as some get long term assignments.

The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is easily the World's Most Recognized Project Management Global Credential. The Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification is the junior certificate for those who do not have the requisite qualifying work experience such as School Leavers. It shows your serious intention to embark on the Project Management career path to global employers.

Tuition is $1000 PMP & $800 CAPM (discount for cash payment, but flexible terms are available on the un-discounted figure). Request a quote if you need it to process payment.

This figure excludes exam fees and PMI professional membership which are paid directly to PMI and total $544. The total cost to certification is as low as $1544 for this global credential, and that can be accomplished within 3 - 6 months.

Classes are ordinarily over weekends from 0800hrs to 1600hrs Saturday and 0800 to 1300hrs Sunday for SIX WEEKS in Borrowdale (WEEKENDS & WEEKNIGHTS). A period of revision and exam techniques will follow with the guidance of our tutors.
