To Our Employers,
We would like to address some common challenges that have been reported by domestic workers. In some cases, the workload assigned to one maid is very heavy and may be more suitable for two workers. This can make it difficult for one person to complete all duties effectively.
There are also concerns about completely banning phone use. While we understand the need to limit distractions during working hours, allowing reasonable access to a phone for communication is important.
We kindly encourage employers to consider fair and reasonable working conditions. A willingness to compromise on certain matters can help create a respectful and productive working environment for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
