The 7 steps to capacity building
1. - *Spiritual Capacity*: 2 Corinthians 3:5 (GNT) says, "There is nothing in us that allows us to claim that we are capable of doing this work. The capacity we have comes from God." This verse highlights that our capacity comes from God, and we should rely on Him to build our spiritual capacity.
2. - *Faithfulness*: Luke 16:10 (NLT) says, "If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities." This verse emphasizes the importance of being faithful in small things to build our capacity for greater responsibilities.
3. - *Teachability*: Psalm 143:10 (NLT) says, "Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing." This verse shows the importance of being teachable and seeking God's guidance to build our capacity.
4. - *Stewardship*: 1 Peter 4:10 (TLB) says, "God has given each of you some special abilities; be sure to use them to help each other, passing on to others God’s many kinds of blessings." This verse highlights the importance of stewarding our resources and abilities to build our capacity.
5. - *Prosperity*: Genesis 1:28 (ESV) says, "And God blessed them. And God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'" This verse shows God's blessing and command to prosper and have dominion over the earth.
6. - *Humility*: Ephesians 4:1-32 (ESV) says, "I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." This verse emphasizes the importance of humility and walking in a manner worthy of our calling to build our capacity.
7. - *Faith*: Hebrews 3:7-11 (ESV) says, "Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, 'Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your heart
