The Project & Administrator will be responsible for
Supporting company all senior management, that is both the non-executive director as well as the executive directors by managing their calendars, setting up meetings, assisting with the development of presentations, official letters and summary material packs required for meetings.
Supports the company by maintaining office systems and supervising other staff members.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filling systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval transfer and disposal of records.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procure and procedures, measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees and planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related key performance requirements.
Stakeholder management and communication, the Project & Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s shareholders through the dissemination of regular reports on the activities of the organization. Manage relationships with the stakeholders by giving regular calls and organizing corporate gifts and events, such as site commission launch parties.
Manage all media relationships.
Manage board members, organize board packs and organize the annual general meetings.
Handle all clients and project manage all projects that will be running within the organization, ensure that all projects are running within the project time lines and provide the necessary remedies for any projects that may not be within the project timeline.
The Project & Administrator, will be responsible for managing all the company’s social media pages, generation and publication of relevant content, public relationship management with all media houses and the development of all marketing material.
The Project & Administrator will be responsible for the development of the corporate social investment projects, the development of all fund-raising documents, tender submission, follow up and reporting.
