Organizational Culture is as important as Strategy to any organization. It is Culture that sets the blueprint upon which indivuduals, teams and departments engage. If you're not deliberate about defining your Organizational culture, individuals within will create an informal culture that may then trump your strategy no matter how good it is.

Highly motivated teams breed a performance driven culture within teams. You can never divorce performance from motivation and teamwork. We are glad when organizations deliberately recognize team building as a necessary component of their budgeting process not an after thought because by doing so they are setting themselves up for success.

Over two powerful days at Imba Matombo the IST Project Team from the Biomedical Research and Training Institute stepped away from the daily grind to reconnect, reflect, and reimagine what's possible - together.

Through high - energy activities, courageous conversations, laughter - filled moments we tackled real issues, celebrated real wins, and reminded each other what unity and communication really look like in action. It wasn't just a team building, it was team healing, team dreaming and team growing.

Thank you to every participant for showing up with heart and openness. The work continues - but this was a beautiful spark🎆.

From June 19th to 22nd, something powerful unfolded at Glen City.

Over four days of challenge, reflection, and breakthrough moments, students from Tynwald High School stepped into a journey of transformation.

From early morning runs to obstacle courses, vision-mapping and high-stakes team challenges - this was no ordinary bootcamp.

🧠 We saw:

✅Breakthroughs in confidence, clarity and courage
