•Managing all activities related to your work station, machine and equipment
•Producing components to correct quantity, as per plan
•Correctly utilizing machine and equipment to achieve the required rates and targets

Qualifications and Experience
•The minimum requirements for this position are Matric and 2-3 years’
experience of setting on single and/or multispindles.
•He/she must be fully trained on the multispindle machines, not be colour blind and able to handle work-related pressure (meeting of targets and deadlines consistently) as well as read vernier.
•The ability to grind/sharpen drills/tools, work with hands as well as
read and understand drawings is essential, along with familiarity with machines, tooling, operating and setting procedures.
