Last Thursday, GGF AFRICA joined the Construction Industry Federation of Zimbabwe (CIFOZ) Business Breakfast Seminar at Golden Conifer for a conversation that sits at the heart of Zimbabwe's economic future: unlocking investment through Public-Private Partnerships and procurement reform.

Zimbabwe Investment & Development Agency (ZIDA) led the discussion on the PPP landscape, unpacking what it means for private sector participation and investment attraction in Zimbabwe. PRAZ took the floor on the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act walking the audience through the legislative framework, asset disposal processes, and how to register and use the procurement platform.

As a firm already registered on the PRAZ portal, this was not new territory for us. It was a timely reminder of why that registration matters and the doors it continues to open. PPP transaction advisory is one of the areas where GGF AFRICA adds the most value. Structuring partnerships between public institutions and private investors requires more than legal compliance. It requires financial rigour, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate policy intent into bankable, executable transactions. That is exactly what we do.
