A warm welcome to Anthony Chaer - Senior Project Manager, to the CSQ team.

Anthony brings over 12 years of international experience across Europe and the Middle East, with a strong background spanning building consultancy, project management, contracting, building control and building surveying. With both technical and delivery-side experience, he has developed a well-rounded perspective on complex projects, supporting clients from early advisory through to ex*****on.

His experience across multiple disciplines, combined with a solid technical foundation, allows him to bring practical insight and strong project leadership when managing challenging developments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Delivering projects for international clients often means finding smarter ways to stay connected throughout the build.

CSQ has successfully delivered a 5,000 sq ft office in Dubai Internet City, completed as a full turnkey management contracting project on an accelerated programme.

The project was delivered for a global leader in connected transportation and fleet management technology, headquartered in North America. With the core stakeholder team based overseas, maintaining visibility and alignment during construction was essential.

To support this, the team implemented weekly Matterport scans, allowing the client to carry out virtual walkthroughs and track progress remotely while key decisions continued to move forward in real time.

The project was delivered by the CSQ Management Contracting team – James Finglas and Adam Parkin, who coordinated the full delivery programme and managed the project through to successful handover.

For those who work with Ryan day to day, this recognition won’t come as a surprise.

We’re proud to share that our Partner, Ryan Bray, received recognition in the Executive of the Year category at the Big Project Middle East Awards.

It reflects the work that happens away from the spotlight - the leadership, the difficult decisions and continued commitment even when no one is watching.

Over the past few years, Ryan has played an important role in shaping and growing CSQ alongside the other partners, helping guide the direction of the company while supporting the people behind it.

2026 is a year of continued growth and that growth starts with the people behind the work.

We’ve recently welcomed Adrian Casabar to CSQ as a Quantity Surveyor.

Adrian brings close to four years of experience across the Philippines and the UAE, with a strong grounding in post-construction work including variations, valuations, final accounts, and project close-out. At CSQ, he’ll be supporting both post- and pre-construction activities, contributing across the full project lifecycle.

Delivered in time for the peak season.

The refurbishment at Pullman Hotel Al Marjan Island - is now complete.

Our team provided Project Management services for the fast-tracked tendering, construction and handover of the hotel lobby, lobby café, all-day dining, Sunset Hub pool area and a new steel-framed glasshouse extension. Cost Management services were also delivered for the Sunset Hub works under a separate scope.

Given the fixed shutdown window, early procurement and timely approvals were key to keeping the programme on track.

Proud to support as they organise a Hatta hike in support of - a meaningful initiative raising awareness for Motor Neurone Disease.

Last year, we marked MND24 with an internal event at our Dubai office gym, and it’s great to now be taking part alongside other companies and showing support for such an important cause.
