Five years ago, Anthony Dalpiaz and I started working together.

Since then, it's been a privilege to support him in his self-employed journey, helping him navigate the challenges of owning a business while delivering value to his clients in the fund management sector.

Five years ago, I started working with Bec and Michael from My Living Outdoors.

It's been fantastic to see that relationship continue to grow, with their GM and Production Manager now also using HiMAPS to strengthen communication, accountability and leadership across the business.

That's one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. It's never just about helping one person solve today's challenges - it's about becoming a trusted part of the business as it grows, and supporting the entire leadership team to move in the same direction.
