We are committed to helping our members successfully navigate the challenges and issues that are relevant in our region. We work closely with our members and other local business organisations to identify the business issues that affect you and represent your interests at all levels of government with one united voice. Business NSW Northern Rivers engages with business and industry at a Policy and Advocacy level with a focus on regional development for business growth and the retention and creation of jobs in the region. We work with all levels of Government to advance issues that hinder business sustainability, success and significance. We champion the Northern Rivers local and regional business landscape with our partners to ensure that it; is connected globally, is known as an easy place to start and a grow a business, offers stimulating career pathways from study to work and has established and innovative industries of excellence. Last night, the Northern Rivers was proudly represented at the Business NSW State Business Awards with an outstanding group of regional winners.

We were especially proud to celebrate The Casino Truck Show, who took home the Outstanding Visitor Experience award.

More than just an event, The Casino Truck Show has become an iconic Northern Rivers community celebration. Each year it attracts thousands of visitors from across Australia, delivers significant economic benefits to local businesses, and showcases the community spirit, generosity and pride that define our region.
Congratulations to the dedicated volunteers, organisers, sponsors and supporters whose passion and commitment continue to make the event such a success. This well-deserved recognition reflects the incredible impact the Truck Show has not only on Casino, but across the broader Northern Rivers region.

Communities across NSW are constantly evolving, and so are the skills, industries and opportunities that drive local economies.

That's why TAFE NSW is inviting community members, businesses and industry stakeholders to share their insights through the Have Your Say Survey.
