Iâd hazard a guess that you probably know what you should be doing, at least to some extent, in your business.
The problem is most people never sit down and actually look at their business properly. And they donât like to face the truth đ (Iâve been there!)
They stay busy, tweak things trying to reach that level perfection they think is important.
They watch what everyone else is doing on Instagram.
They convince themselves theyâre âworking on itâ.
But they never actually get honest about whatâs working, what isnât, and what the next level really requires.

Because that usually means doing the uncomfortable thing.
Raising your standards.ďż˝Making clearer decisions.ďż˝Focusing on the things that actually make money instead of the things that feel safe or easyâŚ

That kind of clarity usually comes from proximity đ
From being in the room with someone who can look at your business objectively and tell you the truth about what needs to change.
Which brings me to something Iâm opening tomorrow.
I almost never work with people in person anymore.
The whole reason I redesigned my business years ago was so I could have more freedom and not be tied to locations.
But I also know how powerful the right environment can be!
Some of the biggest shifts in my own business have happened in rooms that completely elevated how I think and operate.
So tomorrow at 10am, Iâm opening something Iâve been asked about a lot.
There are two spaces.
Thatâs it.
