Yesterday, as part of Queensland Mental Health Week, Bowen Community Centre joined our own Paul Hillery from Real Mates Talk to spend time with the team at Gilmour Space. 💜💚🩵

Together, they delivered a presentation focused on men’s mental health, wellbeing and connection, highlighting the importance of checking in on those around us and reminding us that a simple conversation can make a meaningful difference.
The presentation was delivered to the Gilmour Space team in Bowen, with staff from the Gold Coast headquarters also joining via livestream.

A special thank you to the wonderful team at The Bowen Community Centre for their passion and commitment to raising awareness and understanding around mental health in our community.
We also thank the Gilmour Space Technologies team for the opportunity to share these important messages and for supporting open conversations around mental health.

What an incredible weekend for the Bowen Seagulls Under 9s, proudly sponsored by BIH, as they travelled to Proserpine to compete in the Paul Bowman Challenge. ❤️🤍🖤

The weekend was everything that makes events like this so special: teamwork, sportsmanship, friendship and community spirit. Watching the kids take to the field, cheer each other on, make new friends and proudly represent Bowen is why supporting local is so important to us. We're always proud to support the Bowen Seagulls and help play a small part in helping these young players grow.

As proud sponsors, we were delighted to help send off the Bowen Seagulls Under 14s to their Grand Final in style.
