Wish you could open your email with just one click? 📧

Last week, we helped a client who wanted quicker access to their email and wasn’t sure if their storage was getting full. We pinned Mail to their dock so it’s always right there, checked their BigPond and iCloud storage, and had a look over an old computer too. Now they can open their email in one click, with a clear picture of where everything stands.

If you’d like quicker access to your email, or want to know whether your storage is running low, we’re happy to take a look. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW and we’ll get everything sorted for you.

Did you know your home printer might also be a scanner? 🖨️

Many home printers can scan documents and photos, not just print them. Lift the lid, place your page face down on the glass, and press the scan button. Your printer can then save a copy to your computer or send it straight to your email. It’s a handy way to keep a digital copy of important papers, old photos, or letters you want to share with family.

If you’d like a hand finding the scan button, connecting your printer to your computer, or sending a scan by email, we’re happy to show you. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW and we’ll walk you through it, step by step.

Does your phone seem to go flat much faster than it used to? 🔋

Batteries wear out slowly over time, just like anything else we use every day. Most phones have a built-in “Battery Health” check that shows how well yours is holding up. On an iPhone, you’ll find it under Settings, then Battery. A few simple habits help too: keep your phone out of the heat, avoid letting it go completely flat too often, and use the charger that came with it. If your battery health has dropped quite low, a replacement battery can make an older phone feel new again.

If you’d like us to check your battery or help you decide whether it’s time to replace it, we’re happy to take a look. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW and we’ll sort it out for you.

Imagine a new family photo appearing on your shelf the moment someone sends it. 🖼️💛

That’s what a live photo frame does. It connects to your home wifi, so when your children or grandchildren send a photo from their phone, it pops up on the frame within moments. There’s no printing, no posting, and nothing for you to press. They’re affordable, simple to use, and a lovely way to keep family moments fresh and bring a little extra joy into your home.

If you’d like a hand choosing a frame, connecting it to your wifi, or getting your family set up to send photos, we’re happy to help. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW and we’ll get it up and running for you.

Ever picked up your phone and found it uncomfortably hot? 🔥📱

A little warmth is normal, especially when charging or using it for a long video call. But if it feels too hot to hold, or a “temperature warning” appears, that’s your phone asking for a break. Stop using it, take off the case, move it somewhere cool and shaded, and let it cool down naturally. Please don’t pop it in the fridge or freezer, as sudden cold can cause damage too. And never leave it on the car dashboard or in direct sun, especially through an Aussie summer.

If your phone keeps getting hot for no obvious reason, it might be a sign of a battery or software issue, and we’re happy to take a look. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW and we’ll help keep your phone safe and running well.
