Brett from connect has been absolutely amazing, unfortunately the solar company i used based in kenmore to install my 48kw sigenergy battery ignored what I wanted to achieve and just slapped the battery in with a lot of un finished work.I called connect for assistance and brett help me complete the job to what I initially asked for. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a high standard of professionalism throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was extreamly clean, precise, and clearly completed with strong attention to detail.The installers (Tyson and Ben) also took the time to walk me through the switchboard upgrade and the full battery installation, explaining how everything was installed, wired and commisioned. Their communication was clear and respectful, and they made sure I understood each stage before handover.The final result looked excellent, the system was commissioned smoothly, and all testing was completed thoroughly. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely be my first choice for future installs or upgrades.Connect Energy is a fantastic team that I’d comfidently recommend to anyone starting their solar journey and looking for new battery installations.

We had 84 panels of solar installed along with an awesome Sigenergy battery and inverter kit. Connect Energy did an amazing job, did it on time and within our budget. Lovely working with Brett and the team, and we will get them back soon to expand it even more.

I recently had a Sigenergy 24kWh solar battery installed by Brett Fisher and the team at Connect Energy. They did a great job from the start, walking me through the process of selecting the right setup for my environment. Leonie also managed the Energex application, even though there was a bit of a hold-up by Energex and once we got over that, she booked in the date for installation. On installation day, Brett's team did a great job and the battery was installed very professionally and neatly. I'm very happy to recommend the team at Connect Energy as I know they will have your best interests at heart and will help you through the process to the point where your battery is installed and you're constantly monitoring your solar output on the Sigenergy app! :-)
