Many new people have joined our page recently, so I wanted to share who we are and why we do this work.

Everything we create, teach and share comes from a deep love of culture, family and community.

Our purpose is to support the revival and continuation of cultural knowledge, language, traditional practices and connection to Country. Through cultural workshops, storytelling, artefacts, language, dance, bush foods and Dhuwarr – Bread From Country – we create spaces where people can learn, connect and belong.

This work is not about business alone. It is about legacy.

We are creating opportunities for our children and grandchildren to walk proudly in culture, carry knowledge forward, and continue practices that have sustained our people since time began.

Every artefact, every workshop, every story and every loaf of bread carries a piece of that purpose.

If you couldn’t attend AIATSIS summit this year, they have given access to the keynote speakers for public viewing ✊🏾 I have been enjoying watching these! My favourite is the Mabo talks particularly Gail Mabos speech made me emotional 😭 the way Her Dad Eddie Mabo faught for land rights is honorable!
