All face masks sorted the previous Saturday & more this working bee, and now all loaded.

Was a huge day yesterday. But we did itโ€ฆ..at 3:30pm, exhausted but container now ready for our next stepโ€ฆ..the paperwork!

We are so grateful to our โ€˜chief loaderโ€™ yesterday Vincent from PNG. And his assistant Ajay from Nepal here in Australia for the next month, on a Rotary funded scholarship; from Rotaract Club of Kathmandu.

Donโ€™t you just love the photos of the 2 young men from PNG & Nepal packing the medical container for Uganda. That is team work! That is caring for humanity no matter where we are trying to help. ๐Ÿ’

Thank you to the members from Rotary e-Club of Change Makers Change Makers & Rotary Club Southern Mitchell who also came along yesterday to lend a hand for this mission for Uganda.

Happy VOLUNTEERS Week! โค๏ธ
At Rotary SHARE Project, our volunteers have so far loaded 64 wheelchairs plus spare parts, donated by โ€˜Wheelchairs For Kids Australiaโ€™ at our warehouse in Broadford, Victoria.

This week we will receive a further 24 more wheelchairs being sent over from Perth plus some spare wheels to be added to this shipment. Also added to this shipment will be medical first aid & other material aid items that our partner, Safe Haven Medical Outreach, Siem Reap, Cambodia have requested.

The 20ft container has been purchased & will be donated to Safe Haven so they have a secure storage facility for the wheelchairs before they are assembled by local Physio/OT staff & then properly fitted to a child in need.

Thank you to all the volunteers who make a project such as this possible. Including our Rotary volunteers who work tirelessly raising funds so we can do projects like this as we reach from Australia across the world to help others less fortunate than ourselves.

SHARE are so pleased to be a partner of Wheelchairs for Kids Australia

Please contact SHAREโ€™s host Rotary Club:
Rotary e-Club of Change Makers if you would like to know more and/or would like to help in some way.

Thank you one & all. ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’

๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ”ข Feeling Lucky? Make It Count for a Great Cause! ๐Ÿ”ข๐ŸŽ‰

The Rotary e-Club of Change Makers is running a fun Lucky Numbers Game โ€” and every dollar raised is supporting The SHARE Project ๐Ÿ’™

That means your $30 could help send vital medical and educational equipment to health services in the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.

โœจ How it works:
โ€ข Only 100 numbers available (00โ€“99)
โ€ข $30 per number
โ€ข Game runs for 10 weeks from 4 April 2026
โ€ข 3 winners every Saturday night
โ€ข Winning numbers are based on the official Super 66 lottery draw
โ€ข Your number stays in the draw for all 10 weeks โ€” more chances to win!

๐Ÿ’ฐ Example: If the Super 66 number drawn is 246812:
24 wins $60
68 wins $30
12 wins $10

Itโ€™s simple. Itโ€™s fun. And it makes a real difference.

Every ticket purchased helps us continue delivering life-changing equipment where it is needed most.

The Rotary SHARE Project Supporting 'Helping Hands Mission'

The Rotary SHARE Project is proud to support Helping Hands Mission by donating boxes of books, along with antiseptic wipes and sanitiser for staff use. These items are not required for our international shipments (including PNG, Uganda and Fiji), but are making a meaningful difference locally.

A sincere thank you to Jenny Foster and Kathryn Chivers for travelling from Broadford to Airport West to personally deliver these itemsโ€”an incredible example of commitment to helping others. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’

'Helping Hands Mission' provides vital support to people facing hardship, offering emergency relief, food, clothing, household goods, and a welcoming place for those in need. Their work is centred on dignity, care, and helping individuals and families get back on their feet.

This is what The Rotary SHARE Project is all aboutโ€”connecting resources with community need and supporting organisations that are making a meaningful impact every day. ๐Ÿ’™
