After 8 years I have finally got around to giving my Shovel Head some love, New fork legs, seals oil etc in forks, 2nd hand 11/16 master cylinder rebuilt for front brakes , replacing the 5/8 one that is for single disc , new clutch cable and a general tidy up.

Weather is cooling off so I have had some time to do longer jobs tying up the ramp. A mate has a 93 ZZR 1100 needing attention, over 2 weeks we polished the wheels , took the body work of and cleaned frame , wiring etc. He picked up a brand new full exhaust for it , that was fitted, new rocker cover gasket, cleaned and painted radiator , oil cooler, new rear wheel bearings, swinging arm bearings, throttle cable etc. It was dirty, previous owner must have lived on a dirt rd?
It now is in his lounge room for winter, over all rewarding job!
