One of our recent executive search assignments involved supporting a large, diverse and complex Indigenous organisation to appoint its new Chief Executive Officer.

This was a significant national search requiring a thorough, respectful and highly collaborative recruitment process. We worked closely with an eight-member selection panel and a broader Board of 35 members to assess candidates, coordinate interviews and support the organisation through to a final appointment.

The successful candidate was a highly qualified and knowledgeable Indigenous executive who brought strong leadership capability, cultural understanding and relevant experience to the role.
We are proud to have played a part in connecting the organisation with a leader who has continued to make a positive impact and has been extremely successful in the position to date.
