DesignIS is an exciting New Architectural Drafting and Interior Design Firm that Provides Residential Drafting Services from Sketch Design to Documentation Working Drawings and Commercial Interior Fit out. The Director and Senior Design Manager Sarah Douglass has worked in the industry for over 7 years and has several Qualifications including:
-Advanced Diploma of Interior Design
-Bachelor Degree

of Interior Design
- HIA a Greensmart Proffesional
- Over 5 years experiance with a local Architect and large Builder

Project Manager Craig Walden has exciting Qualifications all linked with the Building Industry including:
-Bachelor Degree of Resource And Environmental Science
-Diploma of Applied Science and Geo science
-Diploma of Spatial Sciences (Surveying)

Services Include-
-Residential Custom Homes on Greenfield Blocks or Knock Down Rebuilds
-Residential Apartments and Terraces
-Residential Extensions
-Residential Interior Design-Joinery Drawings Apartment Marketing Etc
-Residential Colour Consults and Interior Decorating
-Commercial Interior Fit-outs-Restaurants, Cafe's, Retail and Office Spaces
DA and BA approval from ACTPLA or Local NSW State Councils, and Building Certifiyers
-Reports for Council or ACTPLA
-3d Renders (artist Impressions)
-Marketing for Builders and Developers
-Landscape Concepts and Detailed drawings
-Electrical Plans and electrical consults
-Custom Furniture and Joinery Designs with shop drawings

though in essence this has been an extension with all new ( alterations and additions BA approval) to allow the licenced builder to live in the front of the property while completing the rear- progress photos to date show the front almost completed with the upper floor above the original footprint
