VPM has been appointed to support the construction phase, bringing client-side structure, coordination and calm control as the project moves toward site.

Builder procurement is progressing, with the full delivery team to be confirmed.

VPM is pleased to be supporting the delivery of a new townhouse development in Carnegie, comprising 8 triple-storey townhouses with a full underground basement.

.pm has been appointed as Project Manager for the remediation of Chimney 2 at the Former Hoffman Brickworks. 🧱

This heritage-listed project involves the careful repair and conservation of a significant industrial structure, delivered under a Heritage Victoria permit and in close coordination with specialist engineers, heritage consultants and the Owners Corporation.

We’re looking forward to guiding the project through pre-construction, approvals and delivery, ensuring compliance, quality and risk management at every stage.
