With 200+ branches around the world, we further social good by strategizing innovative solutions for the social sector. 180DC works with non-profits to develop innovative, practical and sustainable solutions to whatever challenges they are facing. Kearney is excited to announce that applications for our 2026/2027 Summer Internship Program are now open!

As a Summer Intern, you’ll spend up to 10 weeks experiencing what it’s like to be a management consultant at Kearney. Our internship is an immersive, hands-on experience where you’ll work alongside some of the industry’s best consultants on real projects for real clients.
