Today we completed a few maintenance tasks for a client at Collendina caravan park.
First off we rebuilt the side balconies footings as the original steel frame had rusted away. Next we installed some composite panels to the balcony to stop the wind/rain and we also added some plynth boards to cover up the opening at the bottom.
Last of all we added some villaboard to close off the gap at the front roof trusses.

Once again we were back in Carlisle River doing more work on the old train carriage for a client. This week we completed the decking frame that we started and then began installing 140mm merbau decking boards.

Its been awhile since ive posted anything but that is because we have doing a shed insulation and timber lined wall for a client who looks after injured wildlife.
It was a two week project but we got there finally with some help from my son Leo Page.

This week we again travelled out to Carlisle River in the middle of the Otway Ranges to help a client fix up an old Red Rattler train carriage in preparation for it to be their weekend get away.
We started the week marking & digging out all the post holes for a raised deck/verandah which will give 270 degrees views of the landscape.
