Our new groundbreaking conveyor belt and tyre recycling plant in East Rockingham (WA) is nearing completion, with full-scale production set to begin in September 2025. This state-of-the-art facility will be Australia’s largest and most diverse rubber recycling operation, advancing the circular economy and converting waste into premium products. Spanning 55,000sqm of industrial land, the facility will feature a 13,600sqm factory, introduce proprietary processing techniques, and transform over 50,000 tonnes of rubber waste annually into finished products for global markets. Every day, truckloads of rubber waste arrive at our site in Rockingham, Western Australia - from everyday passenger tyres and heavy-duty truck tyres to massive mining tyres weighing several tonnes. Even kilometres of worn-out conveyor belts from the mining and industrial sectors come through our gates.

Each delivery is carefully weighed, recorded, and sorted into dedicated storage bays. From this moment forward, every piece of material is on the path to a new life.

Step 1: Shredding
Enormous steel blades tear into the tyres, breaking down what once seemed indestructible. In seconds, whole tyres become large, manageable pieces, ready for further refinement.
