From 60 to 130. Building Australia's Manufacturing Future.
25 years ago, we started small. Today, we're growing bigger.
In 2001, RubberGem opened in Welshpool with one person and a vision: to turn end-of-life rubber into valuable new products, right here in Western Australia.
Over two decades, we've grown to employ 60 full-time team members. And now, we're expanding again.
Our East Rockingham facility is ramping up to full capacity. That means 70 new jobs skilled manufacturing, operations, logistics, engineering, and technical roles joining our team over the next 12 months.
This is what Australia's manufacturing future looks like: Advanced technology. Local expertise. Real jobs. Real growth.
We're not moving production offshore. We're building it here.
If you're in manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or operations and want to be part of a company that's recycling waste into value and building something for your community we're hiring.

Or if your business generates significant volumes of end-of-life tyres or conveyor belts, we'd like to talk about how we can help you close the loop on your waste streams.
