We are pleased to announce that our BEAN-TO-BAR online menu is now up and running. Our first product to come on board is Gigiova Chocolate, integrated with Galip nut, all the way from the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.

This chocolate is a story of resilience by women cocoa farmers, who have ventured into crafting their own chocolate bar from the cocoa trees and beans they harvest. Every bite is not just flavoursome, but also empowers these women farmers.

At Bean villages, the women are the heart of the land, working closely with nature to cultivate the raw materials that shape our products. They carry the traditions and wisdom of their communities, preserving their culture and passing it down through generations.

KURAISA meaning ‘girl’ or ‘woman’ in the Motuna language of Siwai district in South Bougainville, is named in honor of these women. We use traditional names like KURAISA in our scent products to reflect the deep connection between the land, its people, and the raw materials they provide.

KURAISA Perfume Oil and Eau de Parfum are more than just scents; they are a tribute to the women of Bougainville.
