Some events stay with you long after the closing.

It was a privilege to support The Regional Australia Institute at Regions Rising WA as part of the event management team, helping bring together leaders from government, industry and community to explore the future of regional Western Australia.

The theme was Regionalisation- Driving Regional Systems Change. So, what drives us?

Regional Australia doesn't move forward through ideas alone. It moves forward through partnerships, shared purpose, and people willing to roll up their sleeves.

You never know who you’re going to bump into at regional events, and it was lovely to see some familiar faces: CEO of the RRR -The Rural, Regional, Remote Women's Network of Western Australia Kendall Galbraith, Head of NBN Local WA Naomi Evans, CEO of MWDC Nils Hay, and Nicole Batten Shire of Chapman Valley President

Thank you to the Regional Australia Institute and CEO Liz Ritchie for the opportunity to be part of another event that is helping shape the future of our regions.
