Analyticall is a software development and managed services provider. We are looking for a talented enthusiastic IT professional to add to our growing team of software developers and support staff.
The position is for a full time role, the succesful candidate will be expected to manage support tickets and help customers overcome various technical issues. 90% of the work is done remotely with the final 10% being onsite support.
The right candidate will have the following skill set:
Experience in supporting end users remotely
Customer service skills
Networking experience
Software development experience is a bonus, but not essential
Have a can do, self motivated attitude
Work efficiently as part of a team
Have great attention to detail
Willing to learn new skills and learn on the job
Car license essential
Own car is prefered but not essential
Other desirable skills include the following, so please list any experience with them but they aren't essential requirements.
Familiarity with PBX/telco systems
Front/Backend development (React/Node/JS & small amounts of php)
Business grade networking
