What is a manifest error

This is something that I don’t think many advocates or veterans use when a claim gets rejected.

A manifest error is an administrative law concept that you can use in situations where the DVA delegate has made an obvious clerical mistake or obvious error in their determination based on the evidence they had at the time.

If you find a manifest error, your rejected conditions can get overturned in days rather than going to the VRB and waiting months and months.
