The Kindy children at Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool Cabarita recently enjoyed a Beach Kindy adventure that extended beyond exploration and into meaningful community connection.

During the outing, the children shared special “Letters of Kindness” with members of the community, creating opportunities to spread positivity and learn how small acts of kindness can make a meaningful impact on others. Experiences like these help children build empathy, confidence and a strong sense of belonging within their wider community.

It’s wonderful to see opportunities for kindness, connection and community engagement being embedded into children’s learning is something we’re proud to support across centres within The Scholars Group. 💌

Across The Scholars Group, supporting children’s social and emotional development is an important part of preparing them for school and life beyond.

Experiences like this encourage children to recognise, understand and communicate their emotions, helping them build confidence, resilience, empathy and strong relationships with others.

School readiness is about so much more than letters and numbers. It’s also about helping children develop the emotional skills they need to navigate new environments, express their needs, and feel confident in themselves.

These everyday conversations may seem simple, but they play an important role in helping children thrive.

Rolling up our sleeves for a healthier winter season. 💉

Our team at The Scholars Group Support Office recently took part in our annual flu vaccination program, helping protect ourselves, our colleagues, and the children and families we support every day.

Working closely with children means we take health and wellbeing seriously, and initiatives like this are just one of the ways we help create safer environments across our campuses.

Across The Scholars Group, our teams have been getting behind Baby Give Back’s Giving Day, helping raise funds and awareness for local families doing it tough.

Every donation helps provide essential items such as nappies, clothing, cots and baby equipment to vulnerable children and families across Queensland and Northern NSW.

Thanks to incredible Matching Partners, every dollar donated before 16 June will be tripled.

A $5 donation becomes $15.
A $20 donation becomes $60.

Regular training opportunities like these help educators strengthen their skills and confidence, ensuring they are well prepared to respond in emergency situations and continue providing safe, supportive environments for children.
