๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŒŸ **Lesson Number Two from the VIP Party!** ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽ‰

Picture this: Jeff and I chilling at the top golf VIP party, surrounded by a diverse mix of people from all walks of life! ๐ŸŒ It was like a fashion runway of cultures, and I couldn't get enough of it! Seeing the cool fashion trends from different backgrounds was such a delight! ๐Ÿ˜

Amidst all the stylish crowd, there was this older white gentleman who stood out like a rainbow in a monochrome world! ๐ŸŒˆ Sporting a tie-dyed T-shirt, gray shorts, and a bunch of mala beads that seemed like souvenirs from Byron Bay. Oh, and let's not forget the ponytailed long hair! ๐Ÿคฃ

He approached our booth and politely asked if he could join us. Of course, we welcomed him with open arms! As we chatted, he mentioned how expensive the meal was and that we better savor every bite. My heart sank, assuming he had splurged his savings on this lavish affair.

But wait for it... plot twist! ๐ŸŽฌ It turned out this gentleman was THE organizer of the party! ๐Ÿคฏ Yup, the mastermind behind this fantastic event! And guess what? He was also planning a tour for Justin Timberlake, with concerts at the seven wonders of the world, starting with the Pyramids! ๐ŸŒŸ

Lesson learned, my friends: Never judge a book by its cover! ๐Ÿ“š This awesome encounter reminded me that you never truly know who's sitting in front of you, and appearances can be deceiving. ๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ

In sales, we sometimes project our financial opinions onto others, assuming they can't afford certain things. But hey, we've got to break free from those assumptions and let people surprise us! ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ผ

Our new friend turned out to be 80 years old (yep, you read that right!) and gifted me one of the most powerful lessons since I moved to the USA! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

I was invited to a jaw-dropping VIP post-fight party on Saturday night! Me! ๐Ÿฅณ the party started at 10 PM, and let's be real, that's wayyy past my bedtime these days, LOL! ๐Ÿ˜ด

Still, I convinced Jeff to join me, and boy, was it worth it! We stumbled upon something truly valuable that I never realized was a HUGE gap between here and my Aussie roots.

So, here's the tea โ˜•๏ธ:

While we were mingling with other VIPs, this awesome guy and his wife approached me with the sweetest compliment about my hair. ๐Ÿ˜Š

And get this, it was one of those bad hair days! But hey, I'll take the compliment any day! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Now, when I asked him his name, he introduced himself and casually dropped the bombshell... "I am Mark Wahlberg's business partner in XYZ company." ๐Ÿคฏ

Wait, what?! You know, in Oz, we're taught to downplay our connections, our awesomeness, and basically never tooting our own horns! ๐Ÿ“ฏ But this guy, he had NO shame, and it totally intrigued me!

As he shared more about his life and company, it hit me like a lightning bolt โšก๏ธ... In this world, if we don't showcase our value and shout our awesomeness from the rooftops, no one else is going to do it for us!

He is my number one cheerleader and always sees a potential in me even when I cannot.

Although he doesnโ€™t have Facebook and he is allergic to Social Media, I wanted to pop this year to celebrate one amazing man and partner he is in life and business.

Even though Iโ€™ll have to show him on my own news feed lol.

I think itโ€™s so important to celebrate those who celebrate year.

Finding people who support you in a world where most people are not even able to support themselves is a rare diamond and one that I cherish and Iโ€™m grateful for every day.
