I’m seeing so many people being taken advantage of because they upload their entry report and photos to real estates by an app thinking they are covered . Then upon leaving the real estates can’t provide them with the report or their photos. That’s why we offer a service to come in and fill out the report take photos supply them to you the tenant so you can submit them . Then we hold them on file until you leave , so if there is any question you have all the evidence which we supply back to you. This service is $60 , but can save you stress by having all evidence of the state of the property when you move in. I’ve worked for real estates for years and know what to look for and more . 🦋🦋🦋
