We are currently looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Driveway and Car Park Maintenance Labourers and Production Assistants.
Job Summary:
These roles involve performing tasks to ensure driveways and car parks are clean, safe, and well-maintained, as well as supporting operational and logistical activities within the business. Both positions require physical labour, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities for Driveway and Car Park Maintenance Labourer:
ā¢ Perform driveway and car park cleaning using specialised equipment and tools.
ā¢ Conduct surface rejuvenation, grinding, and minor repairs as needed.
ā¢ Assist with waste removal and proper waste management practices.
ā¢ Inspect work areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
ā¢ Operate and maintain equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
ā¢ Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time and to client specifications.
ā¢ Follow company policies and procedures related to safety, sustainability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities for Production Assistant:
ā¢ Assist in organising and preparing equipment, tools, and materials for projects.
ā¢ Manage inventory and ensure supplies are restocked as needed.
ā¢ Support the team by coordinating logistics and job site preparations.
ā¢ Ensure all work is conducted in alignment with safety and operational standards.
ā¢ Provide general support to the team during on-site projects and maintenance activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, construction, or logistics (preferred but not essential).
ā¢ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions.
ā¢ Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
ā¢ Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
ā¢ Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment (training provided if necessary).
ā¢ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
ā¢ Valid driverās licence and reliable transportation (preferred).
