I like big bugs and I cannot lie 🪲

PSA - please stop trying to kill these little dudes. They prefer to eat rotting organic matter and will only go after your living plants if they can’t find that. They really like rotting wood, even more reason to add compost and mulch to your gardens!

Sometimes you can find food in your local car park 😂
The Midgem Berry (Austromyrtus dulcis) is a native bush food local to the Gold Coast. It’s also a common landscaping plant as it’s incredibly hardy. It’s one of my favourites 😍

Why am I growing plants in pots on top of a garden bed instead just straight into said garden bed?
So a certain someone doesn’t trample them!
Digby loves to stand on seedlings. I’m unsure as to why, he won’t tell me 🙃🐶

Rubus moluccanus, one of Australia’s many native raspberries. Tasty and prolific, but she’s a little bit spiky. Totally worth it though 😋

Harvested our Mini Blue Popcorn from today! Was so simple to grown and the kids are very excited to try their home grown popcorn
