This would have to be one of my favourite places on the Gold Coast 🥰 We went to Mudbrick Herb Cottage in Mudgeerabah for their monthly open weekend. Got to try some of their herbal teas while having a wander through the garden and then topped it off with buying some herbs and a Bolwarra/ Native Guava!
Cant wait for the next one 💚🌱

I like big bugs and I cannot lie 🪲

PSA - please stop trying to kill these little dudes. They prefer to eat rotting organic matter and will only go after your living plants if they can’t find that. They really like rotting wood, even more reason to add compost and mulch to your gardens!

The Midgem Berry (Austromyrtus dulcis) is a native bush food local to the Gold Coast. It’s also a common landscaping plant as it’s incredibly hardy. It’s one of my favourites 😍
