Sometimes there's only one way to get the job done.

This is the Nerang RSL Stage 2 blast chiller being craned into the building. No lift access, no easy route in, so up and over it went.

That's part of what we do at Commercial Kitchen Company. Working out the logistics, coordinating the trades, and making sure the gear gets where it needs to be so the client doesn't have to worry about it.

Stage two done at Nerang RSL.

Following the recent warewashing upgrade, Commercial Kitchen Company has now installed and commissioned a new Tecnomac blast chiller in the function kitchen. The team worked a 6am to 8am install window to keep service disruption at zero.

Full scope covered: design, site inspection, delivery, project coordination, positioning, commissioning, and training. Handed over ready to go.

Stage one complete at Nerang RSL.

Commercial Kitchen Company delivered a full warewashing upgrade for the function kitchen, including design, project coordination, removal, install, chemical supply, finance, and ongoing support.

The upgrade brings in a new Hobart utensil and pot washer to replace the old double wash sink, and a new Hobart conveyor dishwasher to replace the outgoing unit. A smarter, more sustainable setup built for the volume of a busy club kitchen.
