● Reimagining real estate for the Southern Gold Coast.
Passos has been part of the Southern Gold Coast since 1954, making it one of Australia’s oldest agencies and a name closely tied to the local community.
We worked closely with the forward thinking team at Passos, alongside and .lawleypassos , during a defining chapter in the business. Few agencies with this level of history are prepared to step away from an established structure and rethink their position so deliberately. The brief was to reimagine what a true Southern Gold Coast real estate agency should look and feel like today, and to move beyond the familiar visual language and tone that often defines the category.
We brought the Passos name forward as the anchor of the identity, reinforcing lineage while signalling a new independent chapter. The mark references sun meeting ocean, embedding the brand in its coastal setting without resorting to pastiche. The colour palette draws from ocean blues, sand tones and the warmth of sunrise, shaping a presence that feels established yet distinct within its market.
Typography takes cues from vintage Gold Coast signage and is resolved into a contemporary system that feels considered and locally aligned. Across the wider system, agent and agency are presented side by side, giving individuals visibility within a cohesive framework. The verbal identity introduced a more relaxed, playful and distinctly Gold Coast tone, bringing personality back into the way the agency speaks and reflecting a relationship led approach to sales.
