🌈 Almost two decades ago, when I moved to Australia, I remember thinking there were SO many things to fear. Snakes. Spiders. Tasmania Devil!!! I had been conditioned to see the natural world through a lens of fear. I remember thinking, I will never live on a property. Absolutely no way! Never... 😂🤣😁

🙏🏽 And yet, here I am, barefeet most of the time. Living on land, surrounded by nature, animals, plants and all the beautiful unpredictability of life. So today, I feel super grateful. Grateful for the opportunity to face the fears I once carried, to soften them, surrender them, and discover that the world I was taught to fear can also be a world of profound beauty, connection and wonder...

🙏🏽 I choose to trust that I am supported. I trust the universe, the gods, and the intelligence of nature. I trust that these creatures are not here to frighten me, but are part of the living web of this beautiful world. Perhaps what we fear can sometimes become our greatest teacher. And as I choose love over fear, I create a different experience of life. I believe it to be true. So I let it be...

😁🪽 We are all beautiful. I love this song because it feels like a reminder to light up the rainbow within us, to remember that we are every colour of the sun, every emotion beneath the rainbow, every shade of the human experience...

😁🪽 We are all of it. The light and the dark, the joy and the sorrow, the strength and the vulnerability. None of these parts make us less worthy of love. Perhaps our wholeness begins when we stop fighting the parts of ourselves we wish were different and learn to meet ourselves with love and acceptance...

😁🪽 In accepting all that we are, we come closer to our truth, our healing and our oneness. And I feel deeply grateful for that. Our children are such beautiful reminders of this, to stay true to ourselves, to keep showing up, and to let them see that being fully human is something to be embraced, not hidden...

As our daughter says to us at night, “We go to sleep, we die, and when we wake up in the morning, we are reborn.” What a beautiful reminder that every morning is an opportunity to choose who we want to be, what we want to create, and how we choose to respond to the world we are creating...

🌈 I absolutely love this video. It captures the beautiful transition of sound and frequency that we are so fortunate to experience each morning in our space. The kookaburras begin their laughter, the rooster next door announces the new day, the magpies join in, and the whole morning seems to come alive in conversation...

🌈 It’s our little morning community singing, calling, laughing and chattering its way into another day. And I feel incredibly blessed to wake up surrounded by the sounds of living things, reminded us that life is always beginning again, and that we get to begin with it...
