Oliver & Edie Certified Organic Coffee was born out of pure love of coffee and a desire to have the very best fresh roasted coffee available. Our bea

ns are Rainforest Alliance Certified and Australian Certified Organic meaning the organic produce is supporting farmer who aim towards ecologically sustainable practices and our coffee is grown and processed without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertiliser, or GMO's. It assures quality and holistic means of growing and handling coffee. Recipient of the prestigious Gold Bean Award, our signature Brazilian, Colombian, Papua New Guinean blend is roasted in Brisbane. Our signature blend is beautifully balanced and has a sweet, nutty aroma with subtle tasting notes of malt, milk chocolate & caramel. Available in 1Kg cafe specialty bags, premium retail 250g bags of beans and boxes of 10 Nespresso-compatible biodegradable capsules. We roast to order and hand deliver to cafes each week ensuring fresh and delicious coffee to our partners and customers.

Care to join us for a cheeky treat? This Dark Chocolate Mocha Avocado Mousse recipe is the bees knees. 🍫 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
🥑 4 ripe avocados
🌴 1/4 cup coconut milk
🤤 1/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🍨 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌊 1/4 teaspoon salt
☕️ 3 teaspoons Oliver & Edie coffee
1. Mash your avocados until creamy. Add all of the remaining ingredients and blend in a food processor or mix until everything is thoroughly creamed together. The dark chocolate is pretty dominant in this mousse, so you might want to add more honey or sweetener of your choice.
2. Spoon mixture into small serving bowls and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream, if desired and enjoy! 📸
