At MYSHA, we reach out to those who are struggling and who need our care and compassion and yes! This includes you!

So often when we are caring for our young people we put ourselves and our own needs last. But this is a chance for you to:
*join our small group of likeminded mums
*take some well deserved rest and reset your nervous system,
* learn from experts in parenting advocacy and navigating mental health
* process your true feelings in safe and creative ways
* find a safe space for connection, reflection, peace and healing
* deepen your body-mind-soul connection
* practice mindfulness and presence in the midst of caregiving.
* find meaning and purpose in the soul journey of parenting a young person with mental health challenges.
*foster self-compassion and resilience.
*feel better equipped and much more supported in your role as a Mum.
5 sessions will be held on the first Sunday of the month from April to August, 2-4.30pm.
Location is Worongary.
