How it started vs how it’s going 🔵 10 years ago, took a leap and started Koben Digital.

What began as a small team building thoughtful, high-quality digital solutions has grown into a global team and a decade of helping organisations across the world do more with their digital platforms.

🌍 Today is World Refugee Day.

A day to pause, reflect, and recognise the strength of people who have been forced to flee their homes, and the communities who welcome them. The theme this year, Finding Freedom: Diversity in Community, is a powerful reminder that belonging isn’t something we find alone. It’s something we build together.

At Koben Digital, we’re proud to support this mission through our work with Australia for UNHCR, the national partner for the UN Refugee Agency. Our role is to ensure their digital tools empower supporters to take action in moments that matter: to donate, to advocate, and to stand in solidarity.

But today isn’t about us.

It’s about honouring the stories of those who seek safety, and the organisations who work tirelessly to support them. It’s about recognising the role each of us can play - yes, even through strategy, design and technology - in helping empathy turn into impact.

We’ve shared some reflections in our latest blog about the power of digital tools to guide action with integrity. If you work in the NFP space, we hope it sparks something useful for your team too.
