Mercury IT joined forces with the Valley Chamber of Commerce and Verkada last Friday for a business lunch at The Inchcolm, exploring what it really takes to keep a business secure inside and out.

The panel brought together Phil Smith from Verkada, Aj Williams and Martin O'Riordan from Mercury IT, with Jessie Newell, President of Valley Chamber of Commerce, hosting the discussion.

Together they covered the growing overlap between physical security and cybersecurity, and why businesses need to think about both as one connected system rather than separate risks.

It was a full house, and the audience came with plenty of questions, a good sign that this topic is front of mind for a lot of businesses right now.
