Today it was a privilege to host our Women in Leadership Series Private Lunch - an inspiring gathering bringing together some of the Gold Coast’s most influential women leaders, decision-makers, Awards Alumni and Gold Awards Partners.

Rather than a traditional networking event, the lunch created space for genuine conversation, thoughtful discussion and meaningful connections around the future of our region.

We were incredibly fortunate to hear from Leanne White , Deputy Chair at Brand Gold Coast, and Estella Rodighiero, CEO of Regional Development Australia Gold Coast, who shared valuable strategic perspectives on the opportunities, growth priorities and long-term vision shaping the future of the Gold Coast.

It was wonderful to be surrounded by women who are not only leading in their own fields, but who are actively contributing to the growth, prosperity and future of our region.

The Gold Coast Women in Business Awards is dedicated to creating highly valuable platforms for connection, leadership and collaboration - and thank you to the incredible women who joined us today.

🌟Gold Coast Women in Business Awards was proud to deliver our 12th annual ‘Empowering Young Women’s Masterclass’, proudly hosted by our educational partner Southern Cross University. Bringing together aspiring Year 10 and 11 students from across the Gold Coast for an inspiring day of learning, leadership and possibility.
Students heard from an exceptional panel of women who are shaping industries, leading organisations and creating positive impact in their communities:
