Positive outcome today for the Child Protection Arena, in NSW Foster Carers can apply for Adoption of their foster children. So today two of the young people on my case load ( have been in care since they were 7 years old along with their 2 older siblings and with their foster carers for 8 years) appeared in Sydney Court today and were granted their Adoption Order, so now two young people and their adult siblings are out of care and officially adopted. Such a wonderful outcome for them all.
