Yesterday this little man was learning to sleep independently on his birthday 🎂 and he did so well !! Super happy boy awoke after a night of learning and a long sleep and a happy smile ! Mum and dad had a great sleep too ! Tonight he already settled in half the time !!! What a great little learner

Goodnight sleep tight , not a peep of protest from this little man -I made changes to his night routine to get a full night sleep without waking for a bottle ready for a night of changes ! He self settled like a dream 😴

Hey everyone , I know unusual for me to even post !! I’m usually busy looking after and helping you with your babes from day to night
some of you already know but my amazing sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatment and will have surgery soon -
This is something that has she has taken on with great strength and I’m in awe of her spirit and determination.
I can’t even start to describe how much of is an amazing sister,mother and salon owner and how she is always there for everyone and now it’s time for us to be there for her- for the past 9 years she has been raising funds in her salon every October for breast cancer awareness this year it’s all just too close to home. As well as raising funds for others please do a self check , regular mammograms and if you notice something go straight away - October is about painting the town pink !!

If you would like to donate to the cause she is still raising money for others with a charity called mummy’s wish that help mothers like her with cancer . She has been lucky and others in the same battle may not have the support of family and friends - this is something that makes a direct impact and helps other mums dealing with cancer in their everyday lives - sending love to you all xx 😘
