🚨 Seen this in your ServiceM8 account?

If you use Branded SMS, you need to re-verify your Sender ID.

Here’s what’s happening;

ACMA has updated rules for all branded SMS in Australia to reduce spam and improve verification.

Because of this, Branded SMS now requires re-registration.

What happens if you do nothing?

Your SMS will still send, but it will come from “ServiceM8” instead of your business name.

What you need to do
Click Register Sender ID in ServiceM8
Fill in your business details
Upload documents (ASIC statement / ID / proof of ownership)
Submit
